I currently play with two amazing pianists, Marco Tezza e Marco Grisanti, two very different but equally brilliant artists: the introverted Tezza, and the Carsic-river ebullient Grisanti.
I also play with the “Trio di Mantova” (the trio is my favourite formation) with Leonardo Zunica on piano and Antonio Mostacci on cello, and the “Quartetto dell’Accademia Virgiliana” as first violin, with Agnese Tasso on second violin, Eva Impellizzeri on viola and Michele Ballarini on cello.
I must say that this latter formation makes use of the support and of the premises of the “Accademia Virgiliana” in Mantua, a historic Italian academy based at Teatro Bibiena, and of the valuable guidance of Paola Besutti, a proud musicologist, Mantuan by birth and Roman by adoption.
